Ken Roseman has over 25 years of experience as a Commercial Realtor and 20 years of experience in a retail setting - he was recently awarded his 25 year Reatlor pin. With his combined experience, Ken brings an aggressive marketing approach to all projects. 

Ken's clients benefit from his persistence to get the deal done with creative thinking and his technical knowledge. Ken's creativity has often led to unconventional but successful solutions to his clients' real estate obstacles. 

In 1998, Ken was presented with the Winnipeg Real Estate Board's "Commercial Realtor of the Year" award. Ken has served on various committees over the years in Winnipeg's Realtors Commercial Division. In 2011, Ken represented Public Capital Company in an extremely large office leasing deal which saw Manitoba Housing and Community Development as well as Manitoba Justice lease over 85,000 square feet (entire building) at the Canada Building on 352 Donald Street. Ken also won for both Federal and Provincial Tenders as well as representing the City of Winnipeg for the sale of some of their existing properties. Additionally Ken has assisted First Nations in leasing at Summerset Place, 294 Portage, and was the agent for Animikii Ozusun Child and Family Services relocation.

Ken has spent 20 plus years as a volunteer for the Jewish Heritage Centre of Western Canada's Cemetery Photography project. He has also completed his bucket list of visiting all of Canada's 10 provinces. 

When Ken is not busy attending to his clients’ needs and thinking of a solution to the next obstacle, he can be found enjoying Inuit & Aboriginal art, music and fast cars.
