Kevin brings 34 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.  In that time, he has handled property management, asset management, facilities management and portfolio management responsibilities for retail, industrial, Class A, B and C office, warehouse and residential properties.  Kevin’s direct responsibilities included oversight of a diverse portfolio consisting of nine properties in the CBD, West and South suburbs.  He serves a diverse client base that includes investment firms, sole proprietors, limited partnerships and government agencies. Kevin’s supervising responsibilities have included management oversight for a portfolio of more than 5 million square feet.  Kevin also developed and managed a sustainability platform for a 150 million square foot portfolio. Prior to joining Avison Young, Kevin was Accounts Director of Management Services for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank 

A Pittsburgh native, Kevin graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.

Kevin is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and LEED AP. He is a member of the Allegheny Green Action Team, the Urban Land Institute and is president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).  Kevin also serves on several industry-related boards, including the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and the Green Building Alliance.
