Joining Avison Young in 2022, Kristen Doyle exclusively focuses on providing transaction management solutions for large corporate occupiers of commercial real estate.
 
Kristen began her commercial real estate career in 2010 at Welsh Companies (now Colliers International). As an associate manager she provided property management for office, industrial and retail properties in Minneapolis and St. Paul, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of more than 600,000 square feet for institutional and entrepreneurial investors. With her strong communication and analytical skills, she was able to effectively manage both tenant and investor relationships.
 
Building on her property management foundation, Kristen later joined the University of Minnesota in 2014 as a senior real estate specialist, managing real estate lease transaction activities for the entire University system. She completed lease renewals, negotiated new leases, and was responsible for utility license agreements, air rights agreements, ground leases and leasehold improvement projects.

With her background in Human Resource Management, Kristen understands the importance people have in achieving an organization’s success. With this core value, and her experience in property and lease management, she delivers real estate solutions for her clients that allow them to focus on their primary business objectives.
