Lauryn specializes in office leasing within the downtown Washington, DC market. As Senior Vice President and member of the DC Agency Leasing practice, Lauryn works with local and institutional clients providing a consultative, client-focused approach to leasing and marketing strategy, asset repositioning, transaction negotiations and financial analysis. Prior to joining the Agency Leasing practice, Lauryn spent nearly two years as Research Analyst for the DC Metro region and continues to leverage her background in market research and creative data analytics to provide clients with customized information to inform their real estate decisions.

In 2017 Lauryn was selected as the Emerging Leader Ambassador for Avison Young’s downtown D.C. Office. On an international level, in 2018 Lauryn was appointed to Avison Young’s Global Emerging Leaders Council.

Lauryn is a licensed salesperson in the District of Columbia and Virginia, as well as an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, D.C.
