Specializing in the highest overall tenant and client experience, Lee supports the tenant by utilizing her superb administrative and service skills through their day- to-day delivery of property services. With 15+ years C-level administrative support experience, 6+ years of RE industry experience, and 8+ years in structural facilities maintenance, Lee’s reputation is that of an efficient and effective hand’s on, problem-solver. As a member of the KOP Safety and Park & Shade Tree Committees, Lee has been a key player for green space conservation and initiatives, Stormwater Management, silver LEED certification and online document disposal and retention processing.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Lee worked hand in hand with the Director Public Works and Township Planner at Upper Merion Township located in King of Prussia, PA as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor & Workspace Coordinator.
During this role, Lee ’s experience specialized in GIS data management, accounting and workorder infrastructure implementation, Capex budget reporting and expense management, Bids/Contract and RFP administration and review, front-facing vendor/client management and retention, inventory procurement, quarterly divisional training, safety and janitorial team management, and HOP (Highway Occupancy Permit) approval and preparation.

Through her implementation of the work-order system, QAlert, Lee and her team were able cut the work-order response and completion times down tremendously for the internal and external end-user’s requests for service. This was done through thorough comprehensive system training, adding knowledge-based tools, relevant data reporting competencies, GIS and geospatial formatting
