With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and professional services, he is dedicated to driving growth across Western Canada’s platform and enhancing Canadian Investment Valuation & Advisory Services for both institutional and private sector clients.Liam boasts a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, underpinned by an impressive background and extensive network. In his previous roles at Newmark, Deloitte, and Cushman & Wakefield, he has advised some of Canada’s top businesses, including institutional investors, financial institutions, government entities, real estate developers, and private investors.An accredited appraiser and chartered surveyor, Liam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Concordia University, along with Certificates in Management and Applied Real Estate from McGill University.
