Kenzie joined the Retail Services Team in 2019 with a focus on Tenant Representation. She has experience servicing clients in markets across Ontario and Canada, with a emphasis on the Toronto Urban Retail Landscape.  Working with a diverse range of tenants including food & beverage, large scale fitness, automotive, cannabis, and traditional retail - she can provide a broad perspective and offer clients creative solutions to their problems. Kenzie is passionate about understanding market trends, fostering strong relationships in the brokerage and landlord community, and providing quality service allowing her to drive results for clients. 

Prior to joining the Retail Services Team, she had co-op experiences working as an intern at; Cushman & Wakefield in Office Leasing and Capital Markets, as well as CBRE on the National Research team. Kenzie is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).
