Manuel Ramirez joined Avison Young in April of 2023 as a Financial Analyst on the Tenant Advisory Team, representing and advising office occupiers in the Washington, DC Metro area.

Manuel specializes in financial evaluation, modeling, structuring, and analysis for commercial office occupiers. He creates comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the economic implications of various real estate occupancy and ownership strategies. Additionally, he conducts lease analyses and drafts detailed abstracts.

Before joining Avison Young, Manuel worked as the VP of Financial Analytics and Lease Forensics at Cresa. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in the Audit of Real Estate and Investment Management companies; and then moved to the Fund Management Team at Carlyle Group.

Manuel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from CNU and The College of William & Mary, respectively.
