Marc Krieger specializes in both office and industrial real estate, providing enterprise solutions and transactional expertise in the NJ/NY Metropolitan area. A veteran with 39 years of experience, Marc has coordinated the brokerage and marketing activities on behalf of institutional property owners, real estate fund advisors and local owners and developers involving several million square feet of office and industrial properties. Marc has also represented corporate space users in their acquisition of facilities to lease or purchase and in the disposition of excess real estate.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Marc served as the Managing Director for The Kwartler Companies, coordinating all their brokerage and marketing activities for almost 20 years. Prior to working with The Kwartler Companies, Marc operated his own brokerage company, providing both agency services and tenant representation primarily in Rockland and Orange Counties, NY. Mr. Krieger started his commercial real estate brokerage career in New York City with Coldwell Banker Commercial.
