Real estate broker and lawyer, Marie-France has represented over the course of her career dozens of clients from either SMEs or public institutions and has developed a particular expertise in the strategies to be implemented to make every real estate decision a success. Using proven trading techniques, Marie-France knows how to use strategically, and at the right time, the information she holds to provide advantageous leverage for her clients.

Having joined the team in 2008, she joined Avison Young when the Montréal operations of Avison Young and Devencore were combined in 2021. In addition to being responsible for managing the transactional, legal and lease administration activities of the corporate solutions division and taking care of several institutional clients, Marie-France provides the company's clients and team with her recommendations on leasing, buying, selling, emphyteusis and usufruct which are among the most important in the company. Analytic, Marie-France also regularly develops real estate portfolio strategies for her clients.
