Marii has 30 years of commercial property management experience specializing in Class A office, high rise, government, and receivership management.  Marii has spent her entire career in the Phoenix metropolitan area allowing for long-term relationships with providers.  She has managed properties for TIAA-CREF, Parallel Capital Partners, The State of Arizona, The City of Phoenix, and AEW Capital Management. Marii has a strong grasp of operations, including property financials, association management, and parking utilization.  She has won three Office Building of the Year awards, Regular Member of the Year, The Helping Hand Award from BOMA Greater Phoenix and served six years as a Board member.
