Mark Montgomery brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. Mark specializes in tenant representation and demonstrates an aptitude for effectively managing multiple transactions and creatively solving problems.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Mark worked on a corporate account exclusively representing Bank of America throughout the state of Florida. In his 11+ year tenure there, he was responsible for a portfolio of 1,600 locations and over 8.9 million square feet (msf). He provided hands-on expertise in services for acquisition, disposition, site selection, lease negotiation, sale of excess buildings, sale and partial leaseback, etc. In addition, he performed due diligence relating to acquisitions, lease buyouts, and strategic portfolio planning.

Mark has also successfully leased many prominent office buildings in Jacksonville. Properties include Flagler Center, Gran Park at the Avenues, Quadrant at Southpoint, Summit at Southpoint, Reflections, and Riverplace South (representing ±2.5 msf). Mark has extensive transaction experience and has negotiated lease transactions in the majority of the submarkets in Florida.

Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida State University. He also carries the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
