Martin has been a lease advisory specialist for over 30 years and has been with Avison Young (formerly GVA) for 25 years, heading up the London Markets Lease Advisory Service Line. Martin has have been involved in a significant number of Arbitrations / Independent Expert referrals and 1954 Act lease renewals during his professional career and has provided expert valuation evidence in the case of NCR vs Riverland Portfolio. His experience ranges from small suites to much larger buildings such as the St Botolph Building (566,000 sq ft). He is an established member of the Lease Advisory community and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
