Mary recently joined the Avison Young Winnipeg team as Realty Services Coordinator.  Mary works closely with our great team of professionals and her primarily focus is the conveyance of their deal transactions. A significant part of her duties reside in payroll and accounting, the day-to-day operations and managing the office and she participates in the onboarding process of new Winnipeg team members.

Born and raised iin the Philippines, Mary gained most of her real estate industry experience as a Leasing Officer for 8 years there. Prior to joining Avison Young, she started her journey in this industry by working in property management, which has proven to be a valuable asset for her current role. Mary strives to continue to thrive and grow with the Winnipeg office.

In her free time, she loves to explore the city or go on a road trip, or just binge watching shows.
