Matt Gallagher is a Senior Project Manager for Avison Young’s New York office bringing his background in civil engineering, general contracting, and owner’s representation. Matt is responsible for project management related activities in the New York metro area, including corporate interiors projects, ground up construction projects, infrastructure upgrades and capital improvements.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Matt worked on the JP Morgan Chase account at Jones Lang LaSalle for five years, managing all real estate projects within 277 Park Ave, in addition to managing projects varying in size and scope throughout their tristate portfolio.
