Prior to joining Avison Young as a Principal in 2020,  Matt held positions with Cushman &  Wakefield and Dermody Properties in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, and with ProLogis (NYSE:PLD) in Cranbury, New Jersey. Before joining ProLogis, Matt was Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and Chatham, New Jersey.
