Matthew ("Matt") Posniak joined Avison Young in June 2022 and started on the Data Team, where he was responsible for the input and maintenance of Avison Young's proprietary technology platform, AVANT. In December 2023, Matt transitioned to the Market Intelligence team, focusing on the Fairfield, Westchester, and Long Island markets, while also supporting Manhattan and the outer boroughs of New York City. In this role, Matt provides market insights to brokers and clients, utilizing Avison Young’s data. 

Before joining Avison Young, Matt attended the University of Connecticut, where he studied Business Management with a focus on Data Analytics. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and watching New York sports.
