Maximillien joined Avison Young in 2021 following the consolidation of operations stemming from the acquisition of the real estate agency Devencore.

Maximillien serves as a financial analyst and research analyst within the agency. Known for his friendliness, rigor, initiative, and exceptional reasoning skills, he interacts daily with the Capital Markets team and contributes to the creation of complex financial models, market analyses, and value opinions that better equip the clients served in their decision-making process.

Maximillien also contributes to the preparation of quarterly market reports on various asset types, which are periodically disseminated within the Greater Montreal real estate community.

Finally, Maximillien is pursuing a university education in finance with a minor in market intelligence (Data Intelligence) with the ambition of enhancing his expertise in the field for the benefit of his team members and the clients they serve.
