May Chen joined Avison Young in April 2014 as Corporate Senior Financial Analyst to assist senior management with companywide financial reporting, budgeting, and pipeline and revenue forecasting.

Prior to joining Avison Young, May was a senior financial analyst for Allscripts Healthcare, a provider of clinical software, services, information and connectivity solutions to physicians and other healthcare providers. May’s primary responsibilities included forecasting revenue and analyzing Enterprise financials for risk and return purposes (portfolio of approx. $250M in quarterly revenue) and preparing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary.  May also performed quarter-end/year-end closing duties, including reconciling backlog and revenue reports and liaising with external auditors. Additionally, May provided guidance and training to Services Managers in Project Plans maintenance.

May also has experience as a revenue analyst for AvMed, a health insurance provider based in Florida and a financial analyst/underwriter for Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate Group in Tampa, Florida.
