Michael Romero supports the Avison Young Miami Capital Markets team by conducting underwriting and financial analysis of investment sales transactions. Michael previously interned for the group for three years prior to graduating from Florida International University. Most recently, he was an analyst supporting the capital markets team at Resia, formerly AHS Residential, where he performed underwriting and assisted in the closing of more than $500 million in debt and equity transactions in various markets, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Atlanta and South Florida.
