Michelle Reynolds is currently a Director with the Occupier Services team, serving as Account Management lead on corporate accounts with 25 years of industry experience. Michelle’s focus is on full account management and oversight, project assignment, quality control, special initiatives, process enhancements and relationship management.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Michelle held various leadership roles on the corporate real estate side across multiple industries, including Director, Planning, Design & Delivery at Robert Half, Vice President, Corporate Services at Morgan Stanley, and Manager, Corporate Real Estate at The McGraw-Hill Companies. She possesses extensive experience in portfolio management, construction, strategic planning, vendor management, workplace design and workplace strategy. Michelle’s accomplishments range from building teams and creating/implementing department processes and procedures to leasing portfolio consolidations and re-stacks. Michelle began her professional career as a project and lease administrator for Chase Manhattan Bank, supporting teams of both construction project managers and lease negotiators, learning corporate real estate from the ground-up.
