Michael joined AY in the Spring of 2016.  He has 15+ years of experience in Facilities/Property management, managing a variety of assets throughout the US and Canada including medical office buildings, executive office spaces, call centers and computer labs.  Michael has extensive experience in facilities management, project management, budgeting/expense control, staff training/development, process improvements, capital planning, safety initiatives and energy management.
