Nat Estes is a Principal with Avison Young Consulting Services. He works with Operations, Supply Chain, HR and Strategy Executives to develop, evaluate and implement location, distribution, site-selection, and labor solutions through statistical analyses and market research.

Over the course of his career, Nat successfully completed location strategy projects throughout North America, Europe, and Central America. These projects include manufacturing and distribution facilities, tech development, call centers, R&D operations, and headquarters in multiple industry sectors.

Nat’s background in location strategy, supply chain, site-selection labor market analytics, and economic development incentives helps clients optimize on important factors as they consider the future of their business: Finding the highest value location(s) to drive growth and minimize operational costs and risks. Prior to joining Avison Young, Nat was a Director for Honour, a consulting firm sold to Avison Young in 2020.
