Nicholas is an expert in the medical/office brokerage industry and his experience includes Landlord/Tenant representation, Buyer/Seller representation and acquisition and development services. Prior to entering the real estate industry Nicholas enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality industry where he owned and operated four restaurants and managed full service lodging facilities.

Nicholas attended Miami Dade College and Miami University where he majored in Business Administration.
