Nick Harris is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 30 years of experience in the delivery and performance management of large construction projects with demanding output specifications, budgets and programmes. His 15 years of experience with Avison Young includes social and transport infrastructure PPP projects from tender bids, project delivery and transition, and steady-state operations.

Key deliverables from Nick and his team include managing the FM Provider's performance across the diverse UK portfolio of projects to ensure they meet their KPIs and are fully compliant with their contractual requirements. Nick is currently advising the BBGI global portfolio on ESG matters, including the pathway to Net Zero Carbon, along with specialist AY colleagues. Nick has also led as Director of a CIC company providing benefits to the local community.

Nick is also engaged with Local Authorities to advise and implement recommendations following the Grenfell fire and the Hackitt Report across the LA estate.
