Mr. Yanovski is a Principal with Avison Young Capital Markets Group and brings 26 years of corporate real estate and brokerage experience to our firm. He has completed more than $7.0 billion in investment transactions, leased over 700,000 square feet of office space and managed several high profile client portfolios.

Previously, Nick had spent 20 years working for Cushman and Wakefield/DTZ as their Managing Director and the senior sales professional for their Capital Markets Group. There he completed a number of significant property transactions including the Torstar Head office in Toronto, the Corus Entertainment Head office, Atrium on Bay, the Brick Portfolio and the IBM office building/data center complex. Beginning his career at Cadillac Fairview in the corporate finance group, his responsibilities included valuing all of the company's major real estate assets such as the Toronto Dominion Centre, Toronto Eaton Centre, and the Pacific Centre in Vancouver. BC.  He also spent a few years at CIBC Development Corporation as a financial analyst.
