Nicolas Joined Avison Young in Early 2024 as an Associate to work alongside the Retail Team. He has a strong grasp of market knowledge pertaining to the downtown core of Montreal and he enhances it daily with the collection and maintenance of retail-availability data.

Before Avison Young, Nicolas worked in the hospitality, and construction development industries which created a great foundation for client relations and prospective expectations.
