Ofelia Molina Hinrichs joined Avison Young in 2020. In her current role as Assistant Controller of Property Accounting, she oversees the accounting and financial reporting for over 55 commercial, residential, and retail properties in the DC Metro area, servicing 19 clients. She supervises all property accounting operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable, property treasury, audit compliance, and lender compliance, among other duties.

Ofelia has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1983. Before joining Avison Young, she served as Corporate Controller for BMS Realty Services for 13 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience within the real estate sector.
