Motivated by his keen interest in residential and commercial real estate, Olivier Dufault-Gagnon first joined the Avison Young team in an entry-level position in 2018. After obtaining his certification from the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec and fueled by his learnings and ambition, Olivier accepted new challenges within the firm's Montreal team by taking on the role of commercial real estate brokerage analyst in 2022.

Now a commercial real estate broker, Olivier specializes in capital markets in the Greater Montreal area and Greater Quebec City area, working closely with Jean-Pierre Gagnon, Robert Metcalfe and Ahmed Kilani.

With a strong background in research, market studies, financial analysis and site optimization, he is well equipped to advise his clients and provide them with cutting-edge investment advice.

Olivier also holds a Trading Certification from the Montreal Institute of Trading and Finance.
