Ovidiu Prunea is a Real Estate professional with 15 years of experience in different areas of the industry.

For the past 10 years, prior to joining Avison Young Romania, Ovidiu ran a large Valuation & Advisory department with national coverage, dealing with all types of valuations for Bank Lending, Financial Reporting and Taxation. He also coordinated large valuation projects for financial institutions and has extensive experience of the valuation industry in Romania.

During his career he was also involved in Asset Management and Investment Funds and has experience of the Real Estate industry both in the UK and in Romania. Ovidiu is a respected and active professional member of the RICS, formerly a board member of RICS Romania and a member of ANEVAR.

Ovidiu studied Estate Management at London Southbank University and he was involved in the UK property market for the 6 years he spent there, before moving back to Romania.
