Peter has over 35 years’ experience dealing principally in the north-west property market. He has over the last 10 years been involved in the many of the largest city centre and business park projects.

Peter was former Main Board Director and Regional Head of Offices at Lambert Smith Hampton.  He worked for the company for over 30 years building the local and national office agency function to being award winning market leaders.

He has a reputation of handling complex and strategically tactical transactions with tenancy and the ability to close deals.  He is a consultant of Avison Young working on land sales and acquisitions, commercial developments and portfolio reviews and restructuring. Recent notable transactions include the acquisition of a car park for Q-Parks, Easy Hotels first hotel outside of London and the sale of Swinton Insurances former HQ.

He has acted for many of the major developers in the north west including Muse Developments, ASK, Orbit Developments, CTP, Nikal and Bruntwood. He was instrumental in the acquisition, delivery and lettings at the region’s major business parks including Towers, Birchwood Warrington, Central Park and Cheadle Royal.
