Prior to joining Avison Young, Rex Cagle was a Partner and Associate Broker of Hotel Assets Group LLC, he has over 20 years Lead Broker experience in the hotel industry. He is a graduate of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. Previously, Rex owned a commercial real estate company that developed, owned, and managed retail shopping centers and restaurants. He was responsible for all aspects of acquisition, construction, property management, leasing and daily operations. Rex has 39 years of diverse finance and real estate experience including time spent in commercial banking and the securities industry formerly holding FINRA Series 6, Series 63, Series 65 licenses and Real Estate Broker licenses in 9 States.
