Rhys Cartwright joined Avison Young as a Market Intelligence Coordinator in 2021 for the office division shortly before transitioning into a client-facing Associate role to work alongside top office producer, Glenn Gardner and Stephanie Yeargin. 

Rhys specializes in tenant and landlord representation assignments where he services clients by providing expert guidance, reliability and execution in delivering optimal results catered to his clients’ real estate objectives. Rhys’ unwavering work ethic, reputation and ability to identify client needs equip him with an exceptional skillset to deliver trusted and result-oriented expertise in the office leasing and sales market. Rhys has been involved in a number of high-profile lease transactions with national and international tenants and represents notable Vancouver office tenants including Notch Therapeutics, Impact Engineering and Deswik. 

Rhys has since been appointed the Ambassador for Avison Young’s 2024 Emerging Leaders group and has orchestrated and executed on a number of company initiatives, including co-hosting a Morning Conversation event with Mark Hannah, Managing Director of Nicola Wealth Real Estate.
