R.J. Ward is a Senior Transaction manager in Avison Young’s U.S. headquarters, primarily managing client real estate portfolios within the company’s Private Equity Advisory Group. 

R.J. has spent the past 8 years of his career in numerous areas within the corporate real estate industry, including marketing and public relations, brokerage, tenant/user advisory, agency advisory, portfolio analytics, and transaction management. 

Prior to Avison Young, R.J. worked as a tenant rep broker at Newmark based in the company’s South Florida office as well as a workplace and real estate management analyst in the financial services and investment banking industry. 

R.J. is an active member of CoreNet Global, a global corporate real estate professional association.
