Ms. Goldstein joined McShea Management, Inc. in 2005.  She has 30 years of project management & real estate experience.  Shawn's background includes interior design, retail, property management and construction management. This experience and education, gives her the ability to take an abstract concept and make it into reality. With a background in the development process, she is able to present the two-dimensional plans to clients with enthusiasm and clarity. Shawn is currently responsible for the coordination of the design team, management of general contractors, the bid process, budget and scheduling oversight for projects ranging from $250,000 to $3.5 million.   Prior to joining McShea, Shawn managed the Shops at National Press Building including lease negotiations and lease administration.  She managed tenant build-outs and relocations, as well as external improvements to reposition the asset.
