Sheliza Dharshi has a wealth of experience in real estate operations, brokerage, and leadership. She began her journey with Avison Young in 2005 and became a Principal a 2021. She has since taken on the role of Director of Western Canadian Operations, showcasing her dedication and expertise within the company.

Sheliza’s responsibilities extend to collaborating closely with Managing Directors, Service Line leaders, and Centre of Excellence leaders to bolster and facilitate service offerings.

With a keen eye for improvement, Sheliza continuously assesses and refines operational processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Leveraging her understanding of commercial real estate and brokerage.

Collaboration is at the heart of Sheliza's approach, as she works closely with the Canadian Operations team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure, accommodating the organization's rapid growth objectives.
