Sophrona Chinoy is an accomplished and versatile marketing professional with over 20 years of experience with real estate marketing and new business development.  She joined Avison Young in June 2011, as the result of the acquisition of Millennium Realty Advisors.  In her current role, Sophrona is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for one of Northern Virginia’s highly successful brokerage teams.  She has a proven ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns to enhance performance and brand awareness.
