Susie Choe, Senior Property Manager, is an experienced and accomplished real estate professional with a diverse background in transaction coordination, marketing coordination, investment retail sales, portfolio analysis, and property management. With over two decades of expertise in the industry, Susie has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication to delivering outstanding results.

In 2001, Susie began her career as a Transaction Coordinator at Insignia/ESG, where she meticulously verified lease commissions by thoroughly analyzing leases and commission agreements. She efficiently managed payment processes, ensuring that all transactions were billed and received promptly. Her passion for marketing and attention to detail led her to become a Marketing Coordinator at CBRE in 2003, where Susie played a pivotal role in assisting brokerage teams in creating compelling marketing materials for leasing. In 2005, Susie joined CBRE's Investment Retail Sales Team as a Sales Assistant, where she gained expertise in reading shopping center leases to create lease abstracts, preparing proformas based on lease data, developing marketing brochures, and conducting thorough site visits to validate critical property information.

Susie transitioned to Digital Realty Trust in 2006 as a Portfolio Analyst. In this role, she provided invaluable financial analysis, supporting the company's property construction, acquisition, and leasing efforts specifically for the West coast region. In 2008, after developing a skillset in analytics, she returned to CBRE, where she assumed the position of Senior Real Estate Accountant. Working on the prestigious Two Rodeo Drive, a trophy property, Susie expertly handled advanced accounting transactions and was instrumental in preparing client financial statement packages. Additionally, she collaborated closely with the General Manager to develop yearly budgets and quarterly reforecasts.

In 2016, Susie joined Avison Young, taking on the role of Property Manager for the Riboli/Stathatos Portfolio. Here, she skillfully managed an extensive office and retail portfolio spanning 88,400 RSF, ensuring seamless operations and maximum returns for her clients. Her impressive track record and exceptional management capabilities propelled Susie to her current position as a Senior Property Manager at Avison Young's Beacon Capital in 2023, leading the management of a substantial office and retail building, totalling 416,000 RSF. Susie remains committed to delivering top-notch services and exceeding expectations.
