Sylvan is a Senior Property Manager in Avison Young’s Raleigh office where she manages properties throughout the Chapel Hill area. She is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Property Owners and Tenants, managing the operating and capital budgets, completing financial reporting, supervising property safety and risk management standards, and supporting building teams.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Sylvan was a Property Manager with Kilroy Realty, where she was responsible for managing and operating 5 Class A Office Buildings in the San Francisco Financial District, totaling 910,382 square feet. She began her Commercial Real Estate career in Texas, furthering her industry experiences in California and Nevada working on Class A, Industrial, and Mixed-Use assets.
