After graduating from the High School for the Gifted, Tam attended RMIT University majoring in Marketing. As a student, Tam interned at some companies as marketing executive, however, Tam has chosen Research in Real Estate to be her calling to develop her own career. Tam has already participated in many research projects from big clients such as Vingroup and Mapletree while having a hand in shaping the newest Quarterly Knowledge Reports. Having experienced working for some big developers, Tam is now a core member and leading the Research team. Nevertheless, in order to improve her knowledge and professionalism, Tam is currently a candidate in Master of Science in Logistics at University of Transport HCMC, which is under Transport Ministry.
