Teresa Fairnot recently joined Avison Young taking the Assistant Proeprty Manager role in the Atlanta market. Being a driven, analytical and business savvy professional, Teresa's background career includes a rich blend of experience in property management, television, hospitality sales and human resources throughout Greater Atlanta.

Over the past 3 years in her previous role as Property Administrator, Teresa managed a 632,000 SF building including up to 40 tenants where she was involved in every aspect of accounting, budgeting, leasing, construction, and tenant relations. She took that knowledge and experience and transitioned to her current position with Avison Young.

Teresa's experience, positive attitude, relationship driven approach and ability to execute multiple tasks in high pressured environments has earned her the reputation for fresh and exceptional customer service, uniquely qualifying as Assistant Property Manager in Atlanta, Georgia.
