Thanh Nguyen started her commercial real estate career in 1990. She specializes in commercial sales as well as in the property management of office buildings and multi-use developments. She brings together the right people for each specific project, excelling in the management and organization of multidisciplinary teams.

Prior to joining Avison Young in 2013, Thanh founded and managed her own real estate development, property management and project management firm, serving both commercial and institutional clients for over a decade.

During her employment with SITQ’s real estate division (now Ivanhoé Cambridge), she managed several prestigious properties in Montreal from the moment they were acquired, totaling close to 5 million square feet, including 1000 De La Gauchetière Street West.
