Tyler’s real estate practice is focused on representing emerging, high growth and established tech companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area as well as nationally. Tyler advises clients on office space strategy including site selection, lease negotiation, space design and architectural planning, sublease disposition and financial impacts of real estate. Since 2021, Tyler has been responsible for over 250,000 RSF of transactions with deal consideration over $50 million.

Prior to this, Tyler was at Cushman & Wakefield for three years, he managed numerous corporate service accounts for leading tech companies, driving their real estate strategies with a deep understanding of the industry’s unique demands.
