Professional Profile

Ulyana Radisavljevic joined Avison Young in 2011 and currently serves as the Regional Director of Marketing for the East Region. Based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, she leads marketing initiatives across eight major markets, including Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, overseeing operations in 13 offices. In this role, Ulyana manages the development and execution of regional marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging while furthering connectivity across offices and teams through technology, tools, and best practices. She also focuses on business development by supporting and managing business pursuits and aligning marketing efforts with the firm’s broader objectives.

Previously, Ulyana served as the Creative Director for the DC Metro offices, where she provided strategic planning, creative direction, and design for broker teams and clients. In this client-facing role, she was responsible for creating branded marketing campaigns, including conceptual design, messaging, and the production of marketing collateral, websites, signage, and large-scale graphics, as well as pitches and other business development presentations. Prior to that, she worked at Millennium Realty Advisors, where she was responsible for design, operations, and vendor relations.

Ulyana has seven years of academic art education, during which she mastered classical painting, drawing, sculpture, and history of arts.
