Zachary Fiato is the Philadelphia region Client Service Coordinator. He currently completes deal transaction forms and commission calculations, participates in lease review, manages and track negotiation and execution progress, tracks and report the projects while maintaining the flow of documentation and communication between clients and Avison Young team.

Previously, Zach worked as a Client Claim Coordinator for Conner Strong & Buckelew (New Jersey based insurance brokerage, employee benefits and risk management consulting firm) where he facilitated communications between clients and insurance carriers, collaborated with clients in analyzing policies and efficiently reporting clients’ claims to insurance carriers, acquired and provided financial loss information for client reviews and renewals
